Microsoft Word has a function added which will allow the case of text to be changed. This is very useful, especially when you adopt a head-down-and-type-approach, later looking up to find you had the caps lock key on, and have mixed case where you wanted words starting with a capital letter.
Unfortunately, Excel doesn't have this capability (although it will auto-correct some mistakes for you.) The Change Case macro will display a form allowing the same functionality as the MS-Word option - as shown below ;
Options available are ;
Sentence Case | Capitalises the first letter of the sentance. |
Lowercase | sets every letter as lower case. |
Upper Case. | EVERY LETTER IS NOW IN CAPITALS. |
Title Case. | The First Letter Of Every Word Is Now Capitalised. |
Toggle Case. | sWITCHES cASE oF eVERY lETTER. tHIS tEXT cOULD dO wITH tHAT !! |
